Connect. Collaborate. Inspire.

Build future-ready schools with practical ideas on AI, wellbeing, innovation, and learning.

Join us at the Cambridge Community Café on 12 September in Bangkok, a gathering designed for educators and school leaders from across the region to share ideas, learn from one another, and strengthen connections across the Cambridge community.

Building on the success of our first Community Café in Bali and our second event in Kuala Lumpur earlier this year, Bangkok marks the third stop in this growing regional series. Bringing together participants from across Southeast Asia & Pacific, the event will provide opportunities to explore trends in education, exchange practical experiences, and engage in conversations that matter to schools today.

Through interactive workshops, community discussions, and collaborative activities, you'll gain fresh perspectives, discover new approaches, and leave with ideas you can take back to your own school and classrooms.

Cambridge Professional Development: Teacher Wellbeing in practice

Sustainable strategies for thriving in today's schools
Date: Sunday 13 September 2026
Venue: King's College International School Bangkok
Cost: £149

If you're interested in continuing the conversation, stay on and explore teacher wellbeing in greater depth with our professional learning workshop.

Teacher wellbeing requires both personal self-awareness and supportive school environments. This practical, one-day professional learning workshop explores the everyday realities of school life, from individual stress and motivation patterns to team culture and workload.

Participants will map their own emotional regulation systems to better understand how they personally experience pressure, achievement, and recovery. By combining individual reflection with practical workplace strategies, this session equips teachers and middle leaders with the tools to manage self-criticism, establish healthier personal boundaries, and foster psychological safety within their teams.
